Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your LocalMein account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email localmein108@gmail.com with the subject"Delete my LocalMein account".
2. Send it from the Google email you use to sign in to LocalMein, so we can confirm it's you.
3. We confirm within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, photo, email, date of birth, gender and linked phone number.
• Saved addresses, preferences, follows, saved shops and push notification tokens.
• If you run a shop: your storefront, catalog, offers, photos and booking settings. Your share link stops working.
• Reviews you wrote are removed or anonymised.

What we keep, and for how long

• Order and appointment records, without your profile details, where needed to resolve an open dispute or meet tax and legal obligations. These are kept only as long as the law requires.
• Aggregated usage counts that can no longer identify you.
